10 am - Continental Breakfast: Muffinas/bagels/pastries, OJ/Coffee/Milk, fruit
12 noon - Lunch: Salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, potato salad, veggies, BBQ pork and Fried Chicken, coffee/tea, cookies/brownies
2:30 - Snack Break: Popcorn, peanuts, tortilla chips/dip, sodas, iced tea
 
There will be 4 screens set up with 3 tables grouped around each screen (6 chairs to a table). Addditional chairs can easily be added if we need them. Each screen will have an Audio/Visual cart. Each table grouping will have a extention cord and power strip in case people need plug ins for laptops. We have a cordless lapel microphone addressing the whole group.
